Overview:
A well-established firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to draft Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and real estate documents. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and client service are essential.

Key Duties:

• Draft Wills, Trusts, POAs, Health Care Directives 
• Prepare and file deeds and related documents 
• Organize client data and assist with document signings 
• Support attorneys with probate and trust administration 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred 
• Paralegal certificate and Notary preferred 
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
