Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings with expertise and knowledge
- Attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and build strong relationship with clients and colleagues.
- Conduct legal research, develop effective strategies, and draft legal documents
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license (Required)
- Prior experience in workers' compensation defense (Required)
- Strong communication and legal research skills
